Executive Summary

Mr. Loi To is the Founder of Bitcons, a technology consultant who has been architected, designed, engineered and implemented many large computer networks and enterprise application systems for small, medium and large US corporations, facilities, offices, enterprise electrical distributing systems.  Mr. To also spent over 20 years working with corporate executives and management in enterprise strategic planning, products and marketing.

1975-1980: Support Engineer for Local Government Engineering Dept.

1980-1984: Owner of an IT Consulting Company.

1984-1989: Sr. Consultant & System Analyst of a power company and telecommunication company.

1989-1995: A. Vice President / IS Division Manager III of a multi-state national bank.

1995-1998: Sr. Technical Architect and then CTO of 2 consulting companies

1998-2000: Founder, President/CEO of an IT consulting corporation

2000-Present: Founder and President of Bitcons (was Taccomp).
